Hello, I am Rita Kienka, a Psychological Counsellor with over 15 years of experience.
Root & Reflect was established to support individuals experiencing personal, emotional, behavioural or life-related challenges; help couples develop healthier and more fulfilling relationships; and provide age-appropriate counselling and support for children and young people.
